The Windows' User Account Control (UAC) blocks the Power Suite, and a "This App has been blocked for your protection" error message is shown.
To solve this problem, please download a new Power Suite installer and perform a simple reinstall (in-place upgrade).
1. Download a new Power Suite installer here.

2. Run the installer. A setup window appears indicating that the program is already installed.
3. Click OK. The installer will detect a newer version available for download.
4. Click Yes, and allow the reinstallation to complete.
