"Unfortunately, the simplitec server is not available. Please try again later."

If you activate the Power Suite with your purchased serial number and get the message "Unknown error. Please contact simplitec customer service."

This error can occur when the TLS protocols for the Internet are not enabled. This is due to Microsoft removing SSL support along with Windows XP.

To enable the TLS protocols:

Go to Control Panel > Network and Internet > Internet Options.
Click the Advanced tab and scroll down the list to Security until you find settings TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2.
Make sure all these settings are enabled and click Apply and OK.

I have tried all the above fixes and it will not work on my new laptop running windows 10.   I also disabled all security software and disabled all firewalls. No Luck :(

Has a fix been found for this issue?

    Hi there,,

I just purchased your product but can not instaal it. I get the above message. I have done the same as Daniel (TLS 1.0, 1.1 and 1.2) are active. I'm also on Windows 10. Can you fix this? Otherwise  I want my money back.

I get exactly this error, but when I check TLS settings, it is already activated for 1.0, 1.1, and 1.2.

    Windows 7, sp1 installed.

I just bought Powersuite with a 3 computer license, and can't get it working on this computer. I downloaded from the link provided when I purchased it. It worked fine on another laptop with Windows 10.

Cannot get server to open, what gives. Need to clean up your end so my end will work. Let me know what is happening as soon as you are working.
